**Clothing Store Return Policy**
At Bee Bossy, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please carefully read and understand our return policy outlined below:

 

We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Otherwise:

Customers need to pay for their own shipping costs.

No restocking fee will be charged for returns within three days of delivery.

 

For returns between 4 and 7 days after delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

For returns between 8 and 14 days after delivery, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be issued as store credit only.

 

After 14 days, returns will not be accepted.

 

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact support@beebossy.com within 3 days of delivery and provide pictures of the damage. Damaged items returned within this timeframe will receive a full refund with no restocking fee.

 

Any customized/personalized items are non-refundable.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use or wear beyond trying it on.

 

**Eligibility for Returns:** To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Any damaged, soiled, or altered item may not be eligible for return.
**Exchanges:** We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired item separately.
. **Non-Returnable Items:** The following items are non-returnable:
   - For hygiene reasons, undergarments include lingerie, bodysuits, and swimwear.
   - Items marked as final sale or clearance.
   - Custom-made or personalized items.
