**Clothing Store Return Policy**
At Bee Bossy, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please read and understand our return policy outlined below:
**Return Shipping Costs:**
We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
**Important Notice:**
Only U.S. orders are eligible for returns through Bee Bossy LLC. We do not accept returns for orders shipped to customers outside the U.S. at this time.
**Orders Shipped to U.S. Customers:**
Bee Bossy LLC will accept returns of unworn clothing items that have their original tags attached and are in clear garment packaging with a SKU label. Please note that we do not accept exchanges of any kind.
**Return Requests:**
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days from the date tracking shows the package was delivered.
- The items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of submitting your return request to qualify for a full refund.
- For split package orders, the return period starts from the delivery date of the final package.
**Return Criteria:**
Orders that do not meet the above criteria may incur a 20% restocking fee or may have the entire return declined. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
**Processing Time:**
Please allow Bee Bossy LLC 5 to 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your return. We will email you after processing to confirm the status of your return.
**Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items:**
The following categories are final sale and non-returnable:

- Openpack Wholesale Orders
