Refund Policy

We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Otherwise:
Customers need to pay for their own shipping costs.
No restocking fee will be charged for returns within three days of delivery.
For returns between 4 and 7 days after delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
For returns between 8 and 14 days after delivery, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be issued as store credit only.
After 14 days, returns will not be accepted.
If an item arrives damaged, you must contact support@beebossy.com within 3 days of delivery and provide pictures of the damage. Damaged items returned within this timeframe will receive a full refund with no restocking fee.
Any customized/personalized items are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use or wear beyond trying it on.
