DOMESTIC SHIPPING TIMES
  • All orders are shipped within 2-10 business days via a major carrier
  • Shipping times are calculated from the date of order processing
  • If an order contains multiple items with different processing times, the longes timeframe will apple

Orders are processed within 2 business day(s) excluding weekends and public holidays.

    SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
    • We ship to all 50 u.s states, including Hawaii and Alaska
    • Orders can be shipped to P.O boxes
    • APO addresses are accepted but require 10 additional days for processing.
    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 
    • At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States
    • We are working to expand international capabilities inf the future
    SHIPPING RATES
    • Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination
    • Free shipping may be offered for orders over a set dollar amount, which is subject to change.
    3. CANCELLATIONS
    After an order is submitted, processing begins, and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about
    canceling an order, please contact us.
    4. RETURNS
    Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns. For more information, visit

    5. DELAYED ORDERS
    In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier
    for the item's status.
    6. DAMAGED ORDERS
    BEE BOSSY LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the
    shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, contact us so we may assist you in filing a claim
    with the shipping provider.
